Overview
DM&Co Premium is a Birmingham-based estate agency specialising in the sale of luxury properties. I led the development of the premium brand identity, creating a cohesive and elevated visual system that differentiates DM&Co Premium from its sister brand, DM&Co, Sales and Lettings, while communicating sophistication, trust, and exclusivity across all touch-points.
Challenge
The challenge was to position DM&Co Premium distinctly within the property market, ensuring it stood apart from the existing DM&Co brand while appealing to high-end clientele. The identity needed to work across multiple mediums, including physical signage, brochures, digital campaigns, and in-store experiences.
Approach
We began by defining the brand proposition and crafting a complete brand book that included typography, colour palette, and texture guidelines. The brand book outlined how the identity should be applied across all touch-points, from ‘for sale’ boards and property brochures to social media posts, digital ads, and in-store display materials.
