Wattbike, a leader in the sports and training industry, provides best-in-class stationary training bikes to athletes, gyms, and home users. I led the website redesign to create a customer-facing platform that better reflects Wattbike’s precision engineering, technology, and high-performance customer base.
Challenge
The challenge was to reposition the Wattbike brand online to communicate its premium quality, technical expertise, and connection with a performance-driven audience. The website needed to clearly convey the sophistication of the product while remaining accessible and engaging for a broad range of users.
Approach
The creative process began with hand-rendered scamps to explore layout and hierarchy, followed by creating a full sitemap to structure user journeys and content flow. Each page’s structure was mapped and refined before translating the sketches into high-fidelity wireframes. This ensured the design aligned with Wattbike’s brand positioning and user expectations.
